AZ Roof Inspection (azroofinspection.com) is a website that collects requests for a free roof inspection or storm-damage / leak quote in Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Scottsdale, and nearby East Valley cities. We match or forward those requests to a local licensed roofing contractor. We do not bid jobs, climb roofs, pull permits, or warrant work.

Not a contractor

This brand is a product name, not an Arizona ROC licensee. Any inspection, repair, or replacement is solely between you and the licensed roofer you hire. Ask for their ROC number before work starts. We do not claim BBB membership, years in business, or insurance coverage of our own.

No guarantee of match, timing, or price

We do not guarantee that a roofer is available, that they will call at a set time, that the inspection is free in every case, or that insurance will pay. Quotes, photos, and scopes come from the contractor.
